TapRelief (“we”, “the app”) helps you do quick guided stretches. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. TapRelief is intended for users aged 18 and over.
Your local history is stored in an encrypted database on your device.
We collect usage data linked to your account (for example, which zones you tap and which stretches you complete) to power your history, streaks and cross-device sync, and to improve the app in aggregate. It is never sold and never shared with advertisers, and it is deleted when you delete your account.
To keep the app stable we use Google Firebase (Crashlytics and Analytics). This collects crash logs, performance/diagnostic data, and device identifiers such as a push-notification token and a crash-reporting install ID. This data is used only to operate and improve the app, is encrypted in transit, is never sold, and is never shared with advertisers.
If you connect Apple Health (iOS) or Google Health Connect (Android), each completed stretch is logged there as a Flexibility / Stretching workout with the session duration and a small estimated calorie value. We only write this data — we never read any data from Apple Health or Health Connect, and we never share health data with third parties or use it for advertising. You can revoke access at any time from your phone’s Apple Health or Health Connect settings.
All data sent between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit using TLS.
TapRelief is not directed at children and is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
